Maersk expands e-commerce delivery access through Shipstore partnership

A.P. Moller-Maersk has partnered with shipping automation provider Shipstore to make its North American e-commerce delivery services available through Shipstore’s platform.

The integration allows Shipstore customers to access Maersk’s parcel delivery network directly within their existing shipping workflows, enabling them to manage orders, shipments, labels, documentation and tracking through a single platform.

“Through our collaboration with Shipstore, we’re making it easier for online businesses to connect with Maersk’s delivery network through a platform they already know and trust,” said Prashant Shah, head of e-commerce for North America at Maersk.

According to the companies, the integration is designed for high-volume parcel shippers that want to manage multiple carriers through one system while adding access to Maersk’s delivery services.

“Our goal is to make shipping easier for businesses of all sizes,” said Nick Osbern, president of Shipstore.

“Adding Maersk’s delivery capabilities to the Shipstore platform gives our customers access to a trusted logistics provider, while allowing them to continue managing shipping through a single, familiar platform.”

Maersk said the partnership is part of its broader strategy to expand digital logistics capabilities and e-commerce services. The company said it delivers more than 10 million e-commerce parcels annually in North America and continues to invest in fulfillment, transportation and last-mile delivery services.
