Harnois Énergies & Peterbilt

Harnois Énergies is the first company in Canada to reserve five Peterbilt 579 trucks powered by hydrogen fuel cells. The emission-free trucks are scheduled for delivery in early 2026 by supplier Peterbilt Motors Company. In 2018, the company announced its project to create Québec’s first multi-energy station on Wilfred-Hamel Boulevard in Québec City. It is still the only station in Québec where green hydrogen is produced and sold to the public for hydrogen-powered electric vehicles.

eCom Logistics & Toronto Nationals Cricket Team

eCom Logistics has joined forces with the Toronto Nationals Cricket Team in the Global T20 league as the official fulfillment partner. This collaboration with Team Toronto signifies eCom Logistics’ debut in the realm of cricket partnerships on a global scale. It will provide kitting, bundling, and shipping kits and jerseys.

flybig & De Havilland Aircraft of Canada

Indian regional airline flybig is buying two Twin Otter Series 400 aircraft, and signed a letter of interest to acquire 10 new DHC-6 Twin Otter Classic 300-G aircraft from De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited. All DHC-6 Twin Otters carry passengers, transport VIPs, move cargo, conduct medivac operations, and perform special missions in the world’s most unforgiving environments. When mounted on amphibious floats, these aircraft move between paved surfaces and water-landing areas.

Penske Automotive Group & Transolutions Truck Centres

Penske Automotive Group, Inc. has acquired Transolutions Truck Centres (TSTC), a retailer of medium and heavy-duty commercial trucks and buses, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. TSTC has five locations throughout the greater Winnipeg market, including three full-service dealerships and two parts and service centres. TSTC sells and services Freightliner Trucks, Western Star Trucks and Thomas Built Buses, and is the licensed dealer for SelecTrucks, Daimler Truck’s used vehicle brand, for Manitoba. The TSTC acquisition is expected to add 73 service bays, 59 technicians and approximately 200 new members to the Premier Truck Group team. The acquisition is expected to generate approximately $180 million in annualized revenue. Premier Truck Group now operates 44 locations throughout North America.
