GS1 Canada

GS1 Canada has appointed four new members to its strategic governance board (SGB).

The appointments include Ronnie Miller (president and CEO, Hoffmann-La Roche Limited), Javier San Juan (president and CEO, L’Oreal Canada Inc), Calvin McDonald (executive vice-president marketing, customer relationship management and Loblaw brands, Loblaw Companies Limited) and Andrew Ellis (senior vice-president, supply chain and logistics, Walmart Canada).

GS1 Canada says the addition of the new members supports its ongoing governance to ensure industry and association representation on the board.

The new members will support the SGB’s primary role of directing the overall financial and strategic direction of GS1 Canada.
