Marc Bruneau has been re-appointed to the board of directors of the Montreal Port Authority.
Bruneau joined the board for a three-year term in 2005. His term was extended until 2009. During that period, he was chairman of the board.
From 1983 to 1998, Bruneau was a senior partner and executive committee member of a major accounting firm. He currently sits on the boards of several companies and organizations, including the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation.
His new term is effective until 2013.
Bruneau replaces Michèle Gouin, who has on the board since 2004.
