Pacer International

Michael Uremovich has retired from his position as chairman and CEO of Concord, California-headquartered Pacer International.

Uremovich has been succeeded by Daniel Avramovich.

Avramovich has served as the company’s chief operating officer since July 2009, with day-to-day leadership of its retail and wholesale intermodal service units, as well as its highway brokerage, supply chain and warehousing units. He joined the company in June 2008 as president of retail intermodal services.
