Robocom Systems acquires Cambar Solutions

MARKHAM: Robocom Systems International has acquired Charleston, South Carolina-based Cambar Solutions.

The deal marks Robocom’s second acquisition of a supply chain execution software company in less than four years.

“This acquisition is a reflection of the strength of the Robocom team and our ability to deliver superior supply chain execution solutions to our customers,” said Robocom CEO, Jon Scheumann. “We believe that Robocom is well positioned for continued growth.”

The combined companies will operate as Robocom Systems International. The company’s Canadian offices are located in Markham, Ontario. It’s solutions include warehouse management, transportation management, voice technology, order management and labor management.
