Trucking HR Canada (THRC) has welcomed two new board members— Judy Ostiguy, C.A.T. Inc. and Sherry Mossman, Northern Resource Trucking — and announced a new chair: Jason Libralesso, Home Hardware Stores Limited.

Jason Libralesso, director of transportation, Home Hardware Stores Limited, has been on the THRC board since April 2023.

Judy Ostiguy, vice-president, human resources, C.A.T. Inc., brings experience in senior roles in the trucking industry. She is a known leader and strong advocate for improving the industry.

Sherry Mossman, COO, Northern Resource Trucking, brings two decades of senior experience in the trucking and transportation sector. She is a dynamic leader who is highly regarded for her strength in the areas of strategic planning, innovation and business development.
