SCS Global Services, a company that works toward sustainable supply chain management, announced that its board of directors has appointed Matthew Rudolf to serve as the company’s new president and CEO. His appointment comes on the heels of an exhaustive international search of highly qualified candidates, both internal and external to SCS, resulting in a unanimous decision.

Rudolf is a talented executive who has risen through the ranks of SCS since joining the company in 2016, building its dynamic energy, biomass and circularity division, serving as vice-president of international business development and participating on the company’s Operations Council and Leadership Team.

CN has named Matt McClaren as its new vice-president of safety.

McClaren joined CN as a conductor in 1999 and over the years, he has been a driving force in enhancing CN’s safety programs and fostering a culture of safety. CN said it is excited to see his continued impact as McClaren leads its efforts to uphold the highest safety standards and drive innovative solutions for a safer future.
