Who’s on the move this week?

Each week, MM&D online will feature a roundup of some of the new appointments and position changes within the transportation and materials handling fields.

DHL Supply Chain has appointed Agustín Croche as general director of DHL Supply Chain Argentina. Croche joined the DHL group in 1997. Since then, he has held positions in operations, business development and account management. Mostly recently, he was senior director of the pharmaceutical sector in Brazil. Croche is an industrial engineer and has a master’s degree in senior management. Before DHL, he worked in the automotive industry from 1994 to 2006. In his new role, Croche will report directly to senior vice president Jeffrey Burrow in Brazil.

Intelligrated has appointed Chuck Harris vice-president of Midwest operations, distribution and fulfillment. Based at Intelligrated’s Chicago location, Harris will oversee sales, concepting, estimating, engineering, and project implementation services for the company’s distribution and warehousing clients in the region. In his new position, Harris will report directly to Royal Smith, senior vice-president, regional operations, who is rejoining Intelligrated after an at Savoye as director of business development for the company’s North American operations. Before Savoye, Harris served in operations management and sales management roles for Intelligrated’s Midwest operations.

CRST International has appointed Cameron Holzer president of CRST Expedited, Inc. Holzer previously held various roles at CRST, most recently as vice-president of operations. Holzer replaces Mike Gannon, who was promoted to group president late last year. Holzer has more than 15 years in the trucking industry, holding progressively responsible leadership roles at CRST, and previously at CR England.
