Jeffrey Gault has been appointed president and CEO of AmeriCold Logistics LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. Along with being an AmeriCold company director, he is an architect and environmental planner and has worked for a number of businesses including HF Ahmanson & Co, Home Savings of America FA and Sun America. He replaces Jos Opdeweegh, who resigned for personal reasons.
Intelligent Global Pooling Systems Company LLC has named Meredith Neizer as CEO. She joins Orlando, Florida-based iGPS from US Foods, where, as senior vice-president operations, she was responsible for operations, logistics, safety and replenishment. Before that she was at Martin-Brower, a foodservice distribution company and shipper Maersk-Sealand.
Continental Corp has created a new division—supply chain automotive—and appointed Jürgen Braunstetter to head it. He will be responsible for the Hanover, Germany-based company’s three automotive divisions and will co-ordinate with the purchasing, quality control and supply departments.
