John Stollery has resigned from the board of directors of TransForce Inc. Stollery has served on the board of the Montreal-based company since 2000. His replacement is scheduled to be elected on April 26.

Cincinnati, Ohio-based Intelligrated Inc has hired Howard Hammer to be its new sales manager, Intelligrated southern operations. Hammer will manage
customer sales accounts and will also support the training and strategic direction of the sales force. He will work out of the material handling provider’s Alpharetta, Georgia office.
Tim Conroy has joined Chicago, Illinois-based Five Cubits Inc. Conroy will have the title of executive vice-president account management. Before joining the bulk material provider he worked at Insource Spend Management Group and at Red Prairie. In his new role, Conroy will oversee and guide the strategic direction of the company’s revenue recognition and account management.
- Ingram Micro Inc. has a new chief executive officer. Alan Monie, currently the president and chief operating officer of the Santa Ana, California company, has taken on the additional duties, succeeding Gregory Spierkel. Monie has been with Ingram Micro since 2003, when he joined the company as executive vice-president.
