Mike O’Donnell is the new vice-president of sales at Denver, Colorado-based supply chain consulting company Spinnaker. He will be responsible for expanding the company’s client base and driving strategic initiatives for Spinnajer’s Value Added Warehouse and Distribution (VAWD) service area.

Costa Mesa, California chicken restaurant chain El Pollo Loco has hired Richard Pineda as vice-president of supply chain management. He will manage logistics and distribution for the company and for its franchise restaurants. He will also be responsible for non-food spend categories, including supplies, uniforms and natural gas. His previous position was vice-president of purchasing and supply chain for Sizzler USA.

Kevin Allyn is the new chair of the board of directors of SK3 Group Inc. SK3 is a Miami, Florida based healthcare and logistics fulfillment consultancy with a special focus on the medical marijuana market.

Garden Grove, California-based Advance Storage Products has a new sales manager. Jeff Becker, who has worked at Konstant and Elite Storage Solutions, has joined the rack system manufacturer.

Datalliance, a vendor management inventory service provider based in Cincinnati, Ohio, has added Ray Heyob to its team. Heyob will serve as solutions director of industrial products and will be responsible for ongoing product upgrades and enhancements to support  companies in industrial product markets such as electrical, plumbing, power transmission, and truck parts that typically sell through either wholesale distributors or dealer networks..
