Vincent Castagno, RoadOne

Randolph, Massachusetts-based RoadOne IntermodaLogistics, a company that offers port and rail container drayage, terminal operations, trucking, transloading, warehousing and distribution services has made a number of senior appointments. Larry Cuddy has been named vice-president commercial strategy and client solutions. Vincent Costagno is the new vice-president of sales. Mark Pontarelli is the new vice-president of agent development and Paul Sullivan has joined as vice-president of finance.

Effective September 16, William Costantini will be the new vice-president and chief transportation officer for the Jacksonville, Florida-based Florida East Coast Railway.

Deborah Hadden, who has been serving as acting director of the Port of Massachusetts, has been named CEO of the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport). She will oversee operations for non-aviation properties.

Paul Sullivan, RoadOne

LaserShip Inc, a last-mile parcel carrier based in Vienna, Virgina, appointed Guy Jackson to the role of chief financial officer.

Del Taco, a Lake Forest, California-base restaurant chain, has hired Eric Grundmeier as its vice-president of supply chain and quality assurance.
