Tim Nolan

STG Logistics, Inc. has appointed Tim Nolan and Dan Gardner to its newly formed advisory board. Nolan currently serves as president and CEO of Tote LLC. Before joining Tote in 2013, Nolan was SVP of Yusen Logistics Americas where he had responsibility for the Ocean and Supply Chain Divisions. He began his career as management trainee at A.P. Moller-Maersk, and held various executive roles in both the shipping and logistics divisions, as well as appointments in Denmark and Chile. He earned his BSBA and Masters of International Business degrees from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, and is an alumnus of the Ohio State Fisher School of Business, and the

Dan Gardner

Columbia University Executive Business Programs. Gardner, who will serve as chairman, previously served as SVP USA for DHL Global Forwarding, president of Latin America with Exel Global Logistics and president of Ocean World Lines. He is currently president of the supply chain consulting firm, Trade Facilitators, Inc.. Gardner earned his MBA from the University of Miami, is a licensed U.S. Customs Broker and is a professor of global trade.

World Shipping Council

The World Shipping Council (WSC) board of directors elected two co-chairmen of the board to succeed outgoing chairman Ron Widdows. The board also welcomed Matson Navigation and X-Press Feeders as new members to WSC. Effective immediately, the WSC board will be co-chaired by Rolf Habben Jansen, CEO of Hapag-Lloyd AG and Jeremy Nixon, CEO of ONE, serving for an initial two-year term. Widdows served as the WSC chairman for over a decade. Effective immediately, Matt Cox, Matson’s chairman and CEO and Tim Hartnoll, executive chairman of X-Press Feeders will join the WSC Board.

Epos Now

Epos Now, a global software and payments technology company, has appointed former Deliveroo and Amazon executive, Philip Green as chief financial officer. Green has extensive experience in multi-channel retail and technology businesses, having spent eight years at Amazon, where he served as the finance lead for its European operations, before joining food delivery giant, Deliveroo, in 2016 as CFO. In addition to his previous work, Green is an experienced tech investor and multiple-times founder. He remains engaged with a number of European based tech start-ups, spanning a range of industries including VR/AR, media, security, software, food-tech, fintech and e-commerce.
