Day & Ross announced several leadership changes following the retirement of Bruce Morin, chief revenue officer. Annie Noël will step into an expanded role as senior vice-president, commercial and customer experience for the company’s freight service offering. With leadership of both sales and customer care, Noël is now positioned to unite the teams at the heart of the customer experience, accelerating collaboration to strengthen the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Supporting Noël in the next phase of organizational growth, Katie Lee has been promoted to vice-president, sales, west and national accounts, while Graeme Wells has been promoted to vice-president, sales, east. Both bring market expertise and a track record for building meaningful customer relationships. Together, they will drive regional and national sales strategies that deliver value for customers.

Darmon Pike assumes the position of vice-president, truckload. Drawing on his commercial background, Pike will focus on maximizing growth opportunities for the company’s truckload service to support customers, partners and the broader supply chain.

Additionally, Adam Hammersley moves into a newly created role of vice-president, sales and commercial lead, strategy, dedicated to advancing the Day & Ross 2030 Strategy. Recognized for his sales leadership, commitment to driving growth and for his forward-thinking approach, Hammersley will bring his expertise to this initiative with a focus on customers and how we serve them.
