WALLED LAKE, MICHIGAN: EnKon Systems has released a hydraulic scissor lift that’s coupled with a tilting conveyor.

The lift system allows for loading and assembling components to an aluminum frame before using the conveyor to slide those components to another assembly cell.

The hydraulic lift-and-tilt system offers up to 90 degrees of tilt to accommodate the assembly process. Standard safety features include captured roller wheels to prevent tipping, as well as stop arms to lock the lift in a raised position when needed. The safety skirting is optional and highly recommended. The lift system includes a capacity of 1500 lbs and a conveyor size of 42” wide and 8’6” long. It has a lowered height of 8” and raised height of 44”.
