Many of Canada’s supply chain leaders will soon have a chance to tour China’s logistics hotspots.
From October 28 to November 6, a delegation of business leaders led by SCL Canada will visit businesses and logistics hubs in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing, and Shanghai.
Supported by Transport Canada and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT), the trip is the second in the Logistics Industry Dialogue Delegation, a three-year program between SCL Canada and the Chinese Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP).
Last year, the delegation visited several cities, including Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and Chongqing.
In May of this year, a delegation from the CFLP toured Canada to attend (and speak at) SCL Canada’s annual conference and tour logistics sites in western Canada.
