Montreal Port Authority

The Montreal Port Authority (MPA) announced the appointment of Étienne Mignault-Proulx as senior director of maritime operations and harbour master.

A member of the International Harbour Masters’ Association as well as the Operations Committee of the Shipping Federation of Canada, Mignault-Proulx brings several years of experience in port management.

Since 2021, he had served as harbour master at the Société du parc industriel et portuaire de Bécancour, where he ensured the safety and efficiency of operations, modernized the regulatory framework and oversaw all port management processes.
