TRUSSVILLE, Alberta: A new Fontaine Parts Connection distribution centre has opened in Western Canada.
Fontaine supplies fifth wheel trailer parts, training and tools.
The new Calgary, Alberta-base DC is designed to better meet the needs of the region, according to Toby Harris, vice-president of sales and marketing for Fontaine.
“Adding this distribution centre enables our customers throughout Western Canada to obtain their fifth wheel replacement parts more quickly and efficiently,” he said.
“Instead of waiting several days for an order to arrive from the US or Toronto, customers now will be able to receive most of their parts within a day.”
FMi Logistics Inc, has been picked to operate and manage the DC on behalf of Fontaine.
In addition to offering regular same-day shipping and emergency rush orders, FMi says the DC is open to walk-in customers who want to pick up their parts orders in person.
