Tecsys Inc. has appointed Bill King as chief revenue officer. King joins Tecsys from Oracle Corporation where he was most recently vice-president, key accounts. Previously King was with Fujitsu for over a decade where he held a variety of executive management positions including executive vice-president of the platform product group for Fujitsu in the Americas and executive vice-president of the global retail business. King holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Millersville University and has attended executive leadership programs at the IESE School of Business and University of Michigan Ross Business School.
Corey Calla
Corey Calla is the new president of SencorpWhite. Calla has responsibility for White Systems, including the operations of the InTek and Minerva Software divisions, both recent strategic acquisitions. Calla is also leading the customer service initiatives for SencorpWhite and its product offerings including thermoforming, sealing and automated storage equipment, based in Hyannis, Mass. Calla will report directly to SencorpWhite’s CEO Brian Urban. He has held various leadership positions at Honeywell Intelligrated over the past 23 years and has extensive experience in sales, service, product development and management.
Chris Easter
Daseke, Inc. has named Chris Easter as the company’s chief operating officer. Easter brings more than 30 years of operational leadership serving in key transportation and logistics roles with the United States Army, Walmart and Schneider National. For the past six years, he served as CEO of Keen Transport. During more than a decade with Walmart, he was responsible for overseeing the transportation of goods from around the world. Easter graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point; he then served with distinction in the U.S. Army, where he was a leader in heavy machinery logistics. He serves the industry on the Board of Directors for the Specialized Carriers and Rigging Association (SC&RA).
