Raj Subramanian

Raj Subramaniam, FedEx Corp.’s president and COO, has been elected to the board of directors. Subramaniam oversees the strategic direction and execution of business priorities for the FedEx portfolio of operating companies. He is also a member of the company’s five-person executive committee and serves as co-president and co-CEO of FedEx Services. Previously Subramaniam was president and CEO of FedEx Express. During his tenure at FedEx, which began in 1991, he served in Hong Kong where he led marketing activities for the Asia-Pacific region. In 2003, he was promoted to president of FedEx Express in Canada before moving back to the U.S. as senior vice-president of marketing and communications for FedEx Services in 2006. Subramaniam serves on the board of directors for First Horizon National Corporation, U.S.-India Strategic Partnership Forum, and the U.S.-China Business Council.

Sue Savage Pirri

Sue Savage Pirri has been appointed executive vice-president and CFO for JDA Software, Inc. Pirri replaces Kevin Moriarty who recently left the company. Most recently she held a variety of financial management and investor relations rolesduring a 17-year tenure at Autodesk. Earlier in her career Pirri held positions at Digital Island, Electronic Arts, AirTouch Communications and Coopers & Lybrand.

Christian Ripperda

Christian Ripperda took over the lead of Interroll’s global innovation activities in the newly created function of vice-president system innovation as of January 1, 2020. He joins Interroll with 12 years of multidisciplinary research and development (R&D) experience, with specialty in digitization (Industry 4.0) and cutting-edge technologies for industrial application. He holds a PhD in electrical engineering/physics from the Institute for Semiconductor Electronics of RWTH Aachen in Germany. Before joining Interroll, he was vice president technology with ISRA Vision AG (in Darmstadt, Germany), where he was in charge of strategic technology development and the respective product portfolio road map in the field of machine vision solutions. Previously, he was a strategy consultant with VDI Technologiezentrum GmbH.
