TrusTrace adds supply chain intelligence capabilities to compliance platform

TrusTrace has launched a new version of its supply chain compliance platform that adds supply chain intelligence and workflow automation tools for brands managing supplier and regulatory requirements.

The new Supply Chain Intelligence module allows users to query supplier, facility, product and material data using natural-language prompts and generate reports based on information stored in the platform. The company said future updates will add regulatory and enterprise intelligence capabilities designed to connect compliance requirements with supply chain data.

The platform also includes workflow automation tools for supplier onboarding, monitoring, assessments, evidence collection and corrective actions. According to the company, the system uses AI for data extraction, validation, supply chain analysis and workflow management.

The launch expands the company’s existing traceability and compliance offerings and is being rolled out in phases beginning this month. According to the company, its data network includes more than 120,000 suppliers in more than 80 countries.

“Every regulation ultimately asks the same question: can you prove it? But proving compliance starts much earlier, with understanding your supply chain, knowing where the gaps are and acting before they become problems,” said Shameek Ghosh, CEO and co-founder of TrusTrace.
