Air Canada Cargo issues weather alert for Toronto operations

TORONTO, Ont.–An alert has been issued for Air Canada Cargo operations at Toronto (YYZ) due to weather conditions.

Transborder or domestic shipments cannot be tendered at this time, with the exception of EMS (emergency medical supplies) and live animal shipments.

All cargo shipments currently on hand originating from or destined to YYZ are subject to delays, the airline said.

“We are doing our best to minimize disruptions to our operations. Additional updates will be provided as they become available. If you have any concerns about your shipments, please use the Track and Trace function on our website or contact you local Air Canada Cargo representative or call center,” said the Air Canada Cargo statement.
