Veyron, a private real estate investment firm specializing in mission-critical assets, has acquired DSV’s advanced logistics facility in Ontario through a long-term sale-leaseback transaction.
The deal enables DSV to free up capital while maintaining operations at one of its most technologically advanced Canadian hubs.
The build-to-suit property spans 1.26 million square feet, including 1.23 million square feet of warehouse space and 34,000 square feet of office accommodations.
“This facility represents the scale and infrastructure required for today’s global logistics leaders,” said Patrick Duffy, senior managing member of Veyron. “We are proud to partner with DSV, a world-class logistics provider, in a transaction that ensures long-term operational continuity.”
DSV, one of the world’s largest transport and logistics companies, will continue to occupy the property under a long-term lease, reaffirming its commitment to the region.
