Wize Solutions expands national warehouse installation business through acquisitions

Wize Solutions has acquired Texas-based ESSI, Tech Products and Warehouse Equipment Solutions (WES), as well as Illinois-based ESSI Midwest, expanding its warehouse installation and material handling services network across the United States.

According to the company, the acquisitions strengthen its capabilities in pallet racking, shelving systems, mezzanines, pick modules, conveyor installations and warehouse automation projects. Wize said the transaction makes it one of the largest warehouse system installation companies in the U.S.

The acquired companies’ employees and leadership teams will join Wize as part of the transaction. Paul Barbaro, managing partner of ESSI, ESSI Midwest, Tech Products and WES, said the combined organization will offer customers a broader range of material handling and warehouse services.

The company said the additions expand its geographic reach while strengthening its conveyor and warehouse automation installation capabilities. Wize provides installation and integration services for warehouse facilities, including pallet rack systems, automated equipment, conveyors, mezzanines, dock-and-door systems and warehouse retrofits.
