RCG acquires Lange Transportation & Storage

Regenerative Capital Group has acquired Lange Transportation & Storage Ltd., a Canadian third-party logistics provider specializing in transportation, warehousing, white-glove delivery and event logistics.

As part of the transaction, Mei Burgin, CEO-in-residence at Regenerative Capital Group, has been appointed chief executive officer. Burgin brings 25 years of leadership experience from organizations including IBM, MaRS, Opus One and General Electric.

Founders Eric Lange and Mary Lange, who established the company in 1986, said the acquisition serves as a long-term succession plan for the business. The company said operations and customer service will continue as usual as it enters its next phase of growth.
