Arrive Logistics has entered into an agreement for Mubadala Capital to acquire a majority equity interest in the company. According to the announcement, existing investors including ATL Partners and Lead Edge Capital will retain stakes, and Arrive’s management team will carry equity into the transaction.
Founded in 2014, Arrive has grown into one of North America’s largest truckload brokerages. The company moves freight across the U.S., Canada and Mexico for more than 5,500 customers and works with a network of over 10,000 core carriers. Arrive has earned more than 50 service recognition awards from shippers since 2023.
The investment is expected to support growth in service offerings, talent acquisition and technology. Central to the company’s technology strategy is ARRIVEnow, its proprietary transportation management system designed to automate workflows while maintaining personal connections with shippers and carriers.
Arrive Logistics CEO and co‑founder Matt Pyatt said the transaction will help the company build on its recent growth.
“Our business is driven by our talented team, sales culture, deep customer and carrier relationships, relentless focus on service, and a technology platform that gives us a structural cost advantage,” Pyatt said.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
“Matt and his team have done a tremendous job executing an ambitious growth strategy, steadily capturing market share, and creating a culture focused on innovation and excellence,” said Sanjay Arora, partner at ATL Partners.
