FourKites names top carriers for early 2026

FourKites has released its Premier Carrier List for the first half of 2026, recognizing carriers across North America, Europe and APAC that delivered the strongest real‑time tracking performance, according to the release.

Carriers are evaluated twice a year on load coverage, connectivity and consistency of real‑time updates across all modes, including ocean, road, rail, air, parcel and LTL. SmartWay participation among Premier Carriers reached 27.0% in the first quarter of 2026, up from 19.6% in the fourth quarter of 2025, a 7.4‑point increase.

“Shippers are making critical decisions off the data their carriers provide, so tracking quality isn’t optional anymore,” said Priya Rajagopalan, president of product, technology and operations at FourKites.

“This recognition from FourKites is a direct reflection of the technology investments and operational rigor we’ve prioritized,” said Connor Jumps, senior director of sales at Ryan Transportation.
