Women in Supply Chain Awards name top 2026 honourees

The 2026 Women in Supply Chain Awards recognized more than 300 women across logistics, transportation and warehousing.

Several honourees are based in Canada, including Adayra Lopez, vice-president of sales at InterFulfillment Inc. in Toronto. Other Canadian‑based winners include Jessica Ruby of UniUni in Toronto, Sheri Iannuccilli of TRAFFIX in Montreal, Nadia Damiani of Fuel Transport in Montreal, Diana Bocsanczy of Miebach Consulting in Montreal, Nirogini Vijayakanthan of Zebra Technologies in Dorval and Vee Srithayakumar of Tecsys in Canada.

The awards program includes the Rising Star Award, the Trailblazer Award, the DEI Pioneer Award and the Workforce Innovator Award.

The Rising Star Award recognizes women early in their supply chain careers who are already making a strong impact through leadership, operational improvements and industry involvement.

Rising Star winner Marina Ivanov, co-founder and CEO of Apex Transit Solutions, was recognized for her hands-on leadership across fleet operations, customer relationships, recruiting and safety, along with her advocacy work supporting North Carolina House Bill 472.

The Trailblazer Award honours women who have advanced supply chain operations through long-term leadership, innovation and sustained contributions to logistics and business performance.

Trailblazer recipient Hannah Kain, president and CEO of ALOM, was recognized for her decades of leadership in supply chain operations and for growing ALOM into a global network with strong performance and industry certifications.

Nearly 28 per cent of submissions came from transportation, followed by software and technology at 21 per cent and warehousing at 14 per cent.

The DEI Pioneer Award recognizes women who lead initiatives that strengthen diversity, equity and inclusion across supply chain organizations and workforce development programs.

DEI Pioneer winner Sheri Hinish, founder of Supply Chain Revolution Global, was recognized for her work advising organizations on sustainability, equity and transformation, as well as her programs supporting early‑career women.

This year a total of 70 submissions were self‑nominations, marking the highest number of self‑submitted applications in the six‑year history of the award. In addition, 44 submissions came from male counterparts, which is also the highest number of male‑submitted applications to date.

The Workforce Innovator Award honours women who improve workforce strategy, training, employee engagement and talent development within supply chain operations.

Workforce Innovator honouree Abbi Failla, chief administrative officer and chief of staff to the CEO at EASE Logistics, was recognized for her leadership in strategy, operations and workforce development, including her role in establishing the company’s Strategy and Innovation Department.
