Trucking HR Canada announces finalists for 2026 Top Fleet Employers Awards

Trucking HR Canada has announced the finalists for the 13th annual Top Fleet Employers Awards, with winners to be revealed at an awards gala Oct. 14 in Toronto.

The gala will recognize all 98 organizations named Top Fleet Employers in 2026 for meeting the program’s standards for human resources excellence. Winners will be announced in 13 categories, including nine Achievement of Excellence Awards and four Top Fleet Awards.

“Every Top Fleet Employer has demonstrated leadership in creating an exceptional workplace,” said Angela Splinter, president and CEO of Trucking HR Canada. “We look forward to celebrating all 98 Top Fleet Employers and recognizing those organizations whose outstanding commitment to HR excellence has earned them a place among this year’s award winners.”

The finalists for the 2026 Achievement of Excellence Awards are:

Canadian broadcaster Rod Black will serve as master of ceremonies for the event.

The Top Fleet Employers program is a national recognition program that assesses employers against standards for HR excellence and workplace practices. The program is not a competition, although finalists are selected based on their scores in the annual assessment.

Applications for the 2027 Top Fleet Employers program are scheduled to open later this fall.
