Trucking HR Canada names 98 Top Fleet Employers for 2026

Trucking HR Canada has named 98 fleets as Top Fleet Employers for 2026, recognizing companies across the country for strong human resources practices.

The group represents fleets of all sizes and industry segments nationwide.

“The 2026 Top Fleet Employers demonstrate exceptionally high standards in their HR practices, and we are proud to showcase them as leaders in our sector,” said Angela Splinter, CEO, Trucking HR Canada. “Now in its 13th year, the TFE program continues to evolve alongside the transportation industry — raising the bar and reinforcing its position as a national benchmark for excellence.

“We are honoured to celebrate the fleets that help make the transportation and logistics sector a great place to work, while also benefiting from this prestigious national recognition.”

Top Fleet Employers is a national initiative recognizing fleets whose HR policies and practices meet high industry standards. Applicants are evaluated through a review process that examines areas such as skills development, workplace culture, employee engagement, recruitment, compensation, sustainability, community involvement and innovation. Employee feedback is also considered.

Fleets recognized for five, 10 or more years earn Top Fleet Employer of Distinction status. In 2026, 10 fleets achieved 10 or more years of distinction, while five reached the five-year milestone.

All 2026 recipients will be honoured at the 13th annual awards gala in Toronto on Oct. 14.
