Who’s on the move: September 10, 2018
Menasha Packaging Company, a subsidiary of Menasha Corporation, has named Michael Riegsecker as its new president, effective September 1, 2018. Riegsecker previously was chief operating officer of Menasha Packaging. He joined the company in 1992 and will succeed Michael Waite, who recently announced his retirement as president. Waite moves into the role of executive vice-president of strategy and business development where he will continue to support various growth and strategic initiatives until his December 31, 2018 retirement date. Riegsecker has held several progressive positions at Menasha Packaging, including general manager, group vice-president and senior vice president of sales. He is a graduate of Purdue University and was with International Paper before joining Menasha Packaging.
Kevin Moriarty has been appointed executive vice-president and CFO of JDA Software, Inc. He most recently served as CFO at Avnet. Moriarty’s experience spans more than 30 years of senior management positions in finance and accounting at companies such as Avnet, Honeywell International, Inc., Bristol-Myers Squibb and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Moriarty spent more than 10 years at Honeywell, and before that he held accounting and corporate development roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb and was an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Robert Ezrilov has announced his intention to retire from C.H. Robinson‘s Board of Directors, effective September 30, 2018. Ezrilov, 73 years old, has been a director of the company since 1995. He is currently a consultant to BNG Management Company (an investment management company). From 1997 to 2001, he was President of Metacom, Inc. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Ezrilov was self-employed as a business consultant. Prior to that, he was a partner with Arthur Andersen LLP, which he joined in 1966 after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business at the University of Minnesota.
Kenco’s Supply Chain Solutions team recently added two leaders: Rajiv Saxena, as senior vice-president of supply chain solutions, and Chris Hess, director of supply chain solutions. Each has an extensive background in developing global supply chain strategies, solutions, and designs. For the past 14 years, Saxena served in the role of global head of supply chain solutions for APL Logistics. Before APL, he was the director of supply chain strategy with Menlo Logistics and worked with Ceva Logistics in a senior level information technology role. Hess previously worked for Tesla Motors where he led the design and implementation of the material flow systems from supplier to the assembly line. Prior to that, he led a worldwide design and innovation team at Amazon developing fulfillment and transportation solutions.
