Gary Church has joined Tompkins International as vice-president, strategic initiatives. In his new role, Church will work with clients to ensure that their strategic supply chain initiatives are closely aligned with emerging market dynamics. Church brings with him a wealth of experience in client engagement and customer service within the supply chain and logistics industry, as well as in industrial, real estate, marketing and sales. He has previously served in business development and account executive roles with other logistics and supply chain services firms. Church is also a long-time member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC).

ID Systems, Inc has appointed industry veteran Norman Ellis chief operating officer. Ellis will be responsible for ID Systems’ customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, implementation and support. Previously, Ellis spent 16 years at Omnitracs.

Cagney Global Logistics has appointed Michael Billotto as director of global accounts. Billotto has extensive experience in the aviation industry and will be based at the corporate headquarters in Irving, Texas. Previously Billott was global sales manager and consultant for LaserShip, and director of sales and marketing with Aviation Repair Resources. In his current role for Cagney Global, he will be responsible for several industries focusing on aviation, medical, communication and energy.

The Transportation Marketing & Sales Association (TMSA), which provides education, networking, recognition, and solutions to marketing, sales, and communication executives in all modes of transportation, has named Brian Everett as its new chief executive officer. Previously, he was executive director of the National Shippers Strategic Transportation Council (NASSTRAC), director of marketing for CH Robinson Worldwide, and has been account supervisor for several MindShare clients in transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management. Other staff changes include Carleen Herndon named as TMSA’s director of sales and member experience, and Karen Everett as its director of operations and administration.
