Chad Gunder has been named Plant Manager for Akro-Mils‘s  Sandusky, Ohio manufacturing facility. Before his assignment at Akro-Mils, Gunder joined Buckhorn Inc in June 2008 as Operations Manager in the Springfield, Missouri, plant. In that position, he was in charge of the facility’s injection molding production group and all supporting departments, such as maintenance, tooling and new product development. Before to joining Buckhorn, Gunder was Program Manager for Schoeller Arca Systems in Detroit, Michigan. Gunder holds a degree in business from Drury University.

Cardinal Logistics Management Corporation appointed Michael Roberts as Chief Financial Officer of Cardinal and its parent company Cardinal Logistics Holdings, LLC. Roberts succeeds Ed Barnes who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. He joined Cardinal in 2014 as Controller. His previous work experience includes time at Polymer Group, Inc., Eastman Kodak Company and Med Assets, Inc. He graduated from the State University of New York at Geneseo with a degree in Accounting and is a certified public accountant.

Vava Dimond has been named Chief Information Officer after serving as the Interim Chief Information Officer for Hub Group since September of 2014. She will continue to be responsible for the strategy of information services across the organization. Dimond began her career with Hub Group in June 2013 as the Vice President of Business Engineering, responsible for overseeing Hub Group’s Business Intelligence, Business Engineering and Program Management projects and processes. Previously, she spent 16 years with Schneider National and held several leadership positions within IT, most recently serving as Vice President of Technology Services.

SATO has appointed Michael Beedles President of SATO America, LLC. Mr. Beedles, who currently serves as Head of North America for the SATO Group, will take on the role effective immediately. He assumes the position previously held by Bob Linse. In addition to overseeing the North American market, Beedles also serves as the president of SATO Global Solutions (SGS), a group company specializing in software development and solution integration.
