Duravant acquires Wulftec

Quebec-based manufacturer has been operating since 1990

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. – Duravant LLC, a global engineered equipment and automation solutions provider to the food processing, packaging and material handling sectors, has acquired Ayer’s Cliff, Quebec-based Wulftec International, Inc., manufacturer of fully and semi-automatic end-of-line stretch-wrapping equipment.

For over 25 years, Wulftec International has designed, engineered and manufactured best-in-class stretch wrapping and strapping equipment in their state-of-the-art headquarters. Its highly customized systems are tailored to each end user’s most critical operating constraints and application needs to deliver performance that increases throughput volumes, improves cycle times, and ensures the ultimate protection of packaged goods for distribution. The company delivers packaging solutions to a wide array of end markets, including distribution & logistics, food & beverage, construction materials, consumer products, and more.
