CARY, N.C. – MercuryGate International, Inc. has acquired TranSolutions, Inc., a provider of transportation-centric claims management software.
Founded in 1997, TranSolutions introduced the world’s first freight claim software, myEZClaim.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
