WINIT highlights modular fulfillment platform as cross-border e-commerce demand grows

Third-party logistics provider WINIT says retailers are increasingly seeking greater visibility and flexibility in their supply chains as cross-border e-commerce continues to expand.

The company said its modular fulfillment platform combines automation, artificial intelligence-driven orchestration and a network of regional carriers to help retailers manage inventory, reduce costs and adapt to changing consumer demand.

According to a recent report commissioned by WINIT and prepared by market intelligence firm Interact Analysis, technology-driven third-party logistics providers are gaining market share as automation becomes more widespread, labour and cross-border costs rise, and retailers seek greater agility and transparency in fulfillment operations.

WINIT said its platform is designed to provide end-to-end cross-border logistics services, from first-mile transportation through last-mile delivery, while allowing customers to customize fulfillment services to meet their needs.

The company said growing consumer expectations for same-day and next-day delivery, along with the removal of the U.S. de minimis duty-free threshold in August 2025, are increasing demand for automated fulfillment networks and inventory positioned closer to customers.

Chen Hongwei, founder, chairman and CEO of WINIT, said the company’s platform is designed to provide greater transparency and flexibility throughout the fulfillment process.

“WINIT meets the need for transparent, flexible e-commerce solutions and increasing customer demand for faster, more accurate deliveries,” he said. “Our platform is the first-of-its-kind in the industry that provides a tailored modular solution to companies, connecting all endpoints along the fulfillment chain, with visibility at all stages.

“Our configurable approach to fulfillment meets demand for shortened delivery times and provides an enhanced consumer experience. We are continually expanding our service capacity and growing our network of distribution and automation partners to deliver fast, accurate, tailored services to vendors of all sizes.”

Founded in 2012, WINIT operates 15 warehouses in North America and nearly 500,000 square metres of warehouse space globally. The company said its carrier network provides three-day delivery coverage to between 60 and 70 per cent of U.S. destinations and five-day coverage to between 98 and 99 per cent, while maintaining inventory accuracy of 99.99 per cent.
